Masters Design Futures Module featured in newdesign magazine

ND122
Design Futures has been a key element of the Brunel Design Masters programmes since the mid 1990s. The programme has obviously evolved over that time and now represents, what still appears to be, a uniquely delivered module. Its aim is to explore futures scenarios and the key role design could and does play in shaping society and enabling new technologies.

Many things designers see today will be part of that future, others will arrive and disrupt. Challenging times. The future is already here — it's just not very evenly distributed; so said William Ford Gibson; but maybe it’s actually here in the heads and minds of young designers.
