Hema is a Co-founder & Director at The Business Buddha, on a mission to inspire shape and grow more conscious organisations.
Having Graduated from Brunel with a BSc in Management, and an MSc in Human Resources & Employment Relations, she has focused her career around working directly with leaders and their teams, helping them to redefine how people and work come together to create greater value, be-it with big companies, start/scale-ups or individual leaders. As a trusted advisor and certified Executive & Leadership Coach, she helps companies to unlock business value through workforce innovation and culture transformation. Hema’s leadership experience in the corporate world is extensive, spanning over 15 years in People Strategy, Innovation, Culture Transformation, and the Future of Work, across multiple industries including Financial Services, Energy and Technology. As the former Head of Resourcing, Innovation & Strategy in one of the world’s largest international banks she went on to set up the Banking industry’s 1st Future of Work practice inside Santander.
