Pratap has over 25 years leadership experience in the information technology sector working for major IT services companies. He is currently leading business and technology consulting engagements with marquee customers of Tata Consultancy Services in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Industries located in UK and EU with a focus on driving Blockchain based ecosystem transformations.
Pratap is known for his thought leadership in Insurance (Big Data based Catastrophe Modelling, Cyber Risk Monitoring using Enterprise AI technology), Digital Identity (Reducing Modern Slavery, Customer Onboarding, KYC, AML), Blockchains in Insurance (Personal, Commercial, Health, Life, etc.). His current focus is supporting life insurance customers in digital transformations and supporting central bank digital currency centred digital transformations in Banking and Financial services.
Pratap is an Executive-In-Residence in Brunel since early 2019 and has done a master class in Blockchains for Sustainability along with Brunel faculty as well as presented a use-case in an AI event organised by Brunel faculty. He remains keen to engage with Brunel faculty and students in areas of mutual interest, especially but not limited to Blockchain technology.
