Umatilla Russet is a potato cultivar that was developed in 1998 for the frozen processing market. Based on three years of research trials conducted at the 果冻传媒麻豆社 Kimberly Research and Extension Center, this four-page publication provides storage recommendations and discusses the potato's dormancy length, glucose/sucrose development, fry color, mottling tendency and Fusarium dry rot susceptibility. As an added bonus, it offers specific recommendations for curing, storage, sprout inhibition and storage duration.
