Academic Programs
If You...
Students with a Bachelor鈥檚 degree from a different discipline at the 果冻传媒麻豆社 or another university may apply to the three-year professional MLA degree program. The professional MLA degree fulfills all of the educational requirements needed to apply for licensure as a Registered Landscape Architect.
Students who already have a degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related design discipline from another university may apply for the 2 year post-professional MLA program. This option is desirable for students who may wish:
- to advance their professional career
- to pursue a research specialization in Landscape Architecture, or
- to teach at the university level.
If you are an international student seeking a degree in Landscape Architecture from the 果冻传媒麻豆社, please visit our International Student Resource page
Admission into our seamless landscape architecture program – which leads to the new B.S.E.D. and the professional M.L.A degree required for licensure – is a competitive process.

During your first year in the program, you will work to satisfy the 果冻传媒麻豆社's core educational requirements, the College of Art and Architecture Foundation courses and preparatory courses for the study of landscape architecture.
