Parents of Dependents
Parents of dependents interested in attending the 果冻传媒麻豆社 should take the following steps toward transferring entitlement to the admitted student.
Transfer of entitlement requests for Post 9/11 GI Bill® (Chapter 33) must be submitted and approved while the service member is in the Armed Forces (on active duty or selected reserve). Revocation or reallocation can be done after the service member has separated. Some service members transfer a small unit of benefit — a day/week/month — to a dependent while still in the service, then reallocate after separation.
It is up to dependent to:
- Understand his/her benefit
- Submit GI Bill® Certification Requests each semester after registration each semester.
- Respond to email correspondence or phone calls from Military and Veteran Services in a timely manner
