Palousafest

Palousafest is the premier welcome-back event on campus. Each year 3,000 to 5,000 new students, returning students and community members attend this street fair to browse hundreds of student organizations, campus departments and local businesses and non-profits and find out how to get involved with the Palouse community.

U of I Clubs/Orgs Registration Opens: 9 a.m. on May 1, 2024

Community Organization Registration Opens: 9 a.m. on May 31, 2024

To register, . Registration is open through August 9 or until the tables have been filled. A waitlist will begin once all tables are filled and registrants will be notified of their waitlist status.

Frequently Asked Questions

Registration for on-campus clubs, organizations and departments opens at 9 a.m. on May 1. For community organizations looking to register, the application will open at 9 a.m. on May 31.

Current ASOs, RSOs and 果冻传媒麻豆社 affiliates or departments receive one (1) free table. These organizations may pay $40 each for additional tables.

For public entities, non-profits, community partners and all others, there is a table fee of $40 per table. An invoice with payment instructions will be sent after the reservation form is approved.

A list of participating clubs and organizations will be available to preview online via starting August 14. Please note, this list is subject to change and we will do our best to update it as new information comes available. To access the list of participating organizations, !

Yes. Those interested in registering for a table once our limit has been reached will be added to a wait list. You will be contacted by Aug. 16 if a table becomes available.

Tables will be provided for you. If you would like to have a chair for the event please plan to bring your own.

No. The sale of merchandise is prohibited at Palousafest. This is an information-sharing event only.
