EO Portal and Viewing Information
Engineering Outreach (EO) records course lectures and posts the MP4 files on a secure portal located on the EO website for you to watch as part of your course. Login to the using your 果冻传媒麻豆社 Account and password to view your course sessions and course materials.
Once inside the portal, select your course. You will then see multiple icons that will link you to the MP4 files and course materials. 果冻传媒麻豆社 the EO Portal often, as your instructor may add course materials throughout the semester.
The timing of your course session availability will depend on whether your course is being recorded during the current semester (live) or if it was a previously recorded course (pre-encoded). You can determine your course type by finding the "semester produced" date in the course listing.
- Live Courses
You can view your sessions and handouts approximately two hours after they are completed on campus. You don't need to log in at a certain time to view the lectures, you can watch the recorded lectures at your convenience. - Pre-encoded Courses
You can view the first several weeks of your course sessions and handouts the first day of class. The remainder of sessions and handouts will be made available after the 10th day of the semester during the fall and spring semesters, and after the third day of the summer semester, which is the last day to drop and receive a refund.
You can find a suggested viewing schedule by logging into the , clicking on your course, and then selecting the Course Links icon.
Some instructors use additional websites, such as Canvas or a personal website, to provide supplementary course materials. These websites are listed under the course description and inside the portal under the Course Links icon. If you think your course has a Canvas component and nothing is posted, contact your instructor directly: College of Engineering or College of Science.

The file can be saved to your personal computer and watched at a later time when the download is complete. - Watch
To start viewing your session immediately within the web browser, select Watch. - RSS Feed
Under the RSS Feed icon, there is a link to an RSS feed containing all sessions for the course. You can paste the URL of this feed into your podcast software to facilitate automatic downloading.
