Students will have the option to shake hands with their academic deans or president and will be photographed. Doctoral candidates will be hooded by their major professor on stage. Educational specialist and master's candidates will need to arrive to the ceremony wearing their hoods. Faculty are welcome to congratulate their students as they feel comfortable after they receive their diploma cover. Faculty can also help by reminding students to remain through the entire ceremony.
