Student Jobs
The 果冻传媒麻豆社 believes that students are students first, employees second. The main reason for attending U of I is the successful completion of an academic program. Student employment is meant to support that goal.

The Job Location and Development Program (JLD) and Student Financial Aid at the 果冻传媒麻豆社 act only as an intermediary between employers posting job opportunities and candidates searching for part-time employment opportunities. All hiring and compensation for work performed by student employees are handled directly between the student and the employer.
All job postings are posted at the discretion of the JLD. We manually approve each job posted to ensure that jobs are legitimate and beneficial opportunities. We will not post jobs that appear to discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, age, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, or gender. Although the JLD works hard to verify the authenticity and/or legitimacy of the positions that are posted, we urge you to be on guard against possible scams. We do not guarantee or take responsibility for the postings, including but not limited to (a) the truthfulness, accuracy, quality, safety, morality, desirability or legality of employer information and position listings, (b) the ability of employers to offer job opportunities, or (c) the hiring, recruiting or other practices of any employer. Students are urged to perform due diligence in researching employers when applying for or accepting private, off-campus employment. We recommend you seek information and business references for unknown organizations before interviewing with them off campus. When seeking jobs, remember, you should not give an individual sensitive personal information (including bank account information). You also should not deposit a check to your bank account that comes from a person you have only corresponded with online. In particular, you should not deposit a check or accept money from a person who offers to pay you a commission for accepting money transfers through your bank account. In this type of situation, it would most-likely be a scam attempt. Please use your best judgement as you apply for jobs online through the JLD as well as on any other jobs sites.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the validity of an employers’ job posting, interview practices, or any other interaction you may have with an employer please contact the Job Location and Development Coordinator at 208-885-2778 or jobs@uidaho.edu.
