Yun Chung is a Professor at the 果冻传媒麻豆社 College of Business and Economics. Her research centers on group composition, spanning from work teams to upper echelons, with a particular focus on group faultlines, social networks, and strategic human resource management. She has published in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, Strategic Management Journal, Small Group Research, and Research in Personnel and Human Resource Management among others. She has served as a member of the editorial board of Small Group Research.
