Program Confirmation
- Discuss curriculum anytime with Beth, ekochevar@uidaho.edu
- Receive Confirmation Letter
- Pay the deposit (within two weeks of receiving your Confirmation Letter)
90 Days Before Program
- The Facilities Use Agreement (FUA) – we will ask for contact information and send you the FUA along with the request for certificates of insurance. Not applicable to off-site outreach programs.

60 Days Before
- Enroll students, chaperones & teachers – the adults go to the website and create a family login that can be used for years to come!
- Read UI Protecting Minors
- Share The Role of Teachers and Chaperones
- Share What to Bring (applicable to all seasons)
45 Days Before
- Use the link provided in your program planning email to complete the Group List
- Complete the Program Agreement Form and email to mccall@uidaho.edu
3 Weeks Before
- Pre-program phone call
