A. General. University Housing supports the role and mission of the university by providing housing for students and their families, university guests, and conference visitors. University Housing strives to provide a quality living and learning environment.
Note: terms and policies are located within the Housing license agreements for both residence halls and apartments, and are subject to change.
A-1. Qualifications and eligibility to reside with University Housing:
- Must be a full time student.
- Must meet age requirements and student type for the building community in which requesting to reside (specific requirements on University Housing website: /student-life/housing).
- Every student is required to pay a deposit to reside in Housing.
B. Housing Application & License Agreements. Every person wishing to reside in University Housing facilities is required to complete an application and to sign a license agreement. Assignment of students to apartments is based on need, qualifications and availability of space.
C. Termination of Agreements: Termination of apartment and/or residence halls license agreements are specified in each respective agreement, contact Housing at /student-life/housing.
The university reserves the right to remove any individual from University Housing if the university, in its sole discretion, determines that the individual presents a danger to themselves, others, or to property.
