Diabetes Prevention
If you or a family member are at high risk of developing diabetes, you may be eligible to participate in a one-year health program at no cost. Programs meet regularly for 16 weeks, followed by check-ins for the rest of the year. Choose from an array of online or in-person programs and make lasting lifestyle changes that significantly reduce your risk of developing diabetes. Most programs include lifestyle coaching, weekly activities and a small support group. Open to employees and dependents on a university medical plan. .
Virtual Physical Therapy (MSK+)
Blue Cross of Idaho and Hinge Health offer convenient treatment options for both chronic and acute musculoskeletal conditions. Connect online with a clinician or physical therapist who will guide you through virtual physical therapy and helpful lifestyle changes in the comfort of your home. If your condition requires surgery or another in-person intervention, MSK+ will provide referrals and help connect you with resources. Tobacco Cessation
Employees enrolled in a university health plan are eligible for free nicotine replacement therapy. Products are covered through the prescription drug plans. Simply obtain a prescription from your healthcare provider and have it filled at any in-network pharmacy. Learn more about local tobacco cessation resources.

U of I Resources
Faculty and staff can purchase memberships to the Student Recreation Center (SRC), which offers a state-of-the-art recreation center and climbing wall, fitness classes, intramural sports and outdoor activities to the U of I community.
You can also purchase a pass to the Swim Center for access to two 25-yard indoor pools conveniently located in the center of campus.
Faculty and staff can enroll in Idaho Fitness (IFIT) courses at a heavily discounted rate using the Staff Registration Permit. Most courses are offered in eight-week sessions, with online and in-person options available. Topics include yoga, body conditioning, dance, trail building, fly fishing and more.
The 果冻传媒麻豆社 partners with Gritman Moscow Family Medicine to provide a full range of healthcare services on the Moscow campus to students, faculty and staff through the Vandal Health Clinic.
The Integrated Sports Medicine and Rehabilitative Therapy (ISMaRT) Clinic offers highly affordable services to 果冻传媒麻豆社 students, faculty/staff and community members. Athletic Training students evaluate and treat injuries under the direct supervision of faculty. Initial evaluations are free.
