Idaho Fitness (IFIT)
The Department of Movement Sciences offers Idaho Fitness courses (IFIT 106, 107, 108, and DAN 105), open to all U of I students, staff and faculty members. The mission of the IFIT Program is to enhance the holistic well-being of the university community and guide each individual in discovering and enjoying a sustainable healthy active lifestyle.

IFIT Program offerings include Scuba, Swimming, Fly Fishing, Archery, Wall Climbing, Ice Skating, Recreational Trail Building, Active Living — Mental Health, Active Living — Healthy Eating, Active Living — Active Travel, Stress Management, Mindfulness, Yoga, Pilates, Total Body Conditioning, Personal Fitness, Golf, Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, Pickleball and many other options.
