Living Learning Communities
Combining the best qualities of academic and social living
The Living Learning Communities (LLC) are designed to provide an environment for residents to connect their academics to their life outside the classroom. Comprised of eight buildings, housing over 550 students, each themed community provides its residents with an atmosphere dedicated to academic success, student support and activities geared toward social enrichment. Though generally reserved for upper-level students, housing is available to first-year students in the Upham and College of Natural Resources buildings.

Rates are billed to students per semester. Students who apply for fall housing will sign a full-year contract.
First-year students living in the residence halls and all students living in Wallace, Theophilus Tower, North Campus Communities and McConnell are required to have a meal plan. Meal plan information can be found on the .
Features
Each Living Learning Community residence hall is home to approximately 75 students and provides private study rooms, lounge spaces, community kitchens and game rooms. The majority of LLC rooms are single room-options in gender-specific suites. Each floor plan varies in size and room set-up. Each suite includes a furnished living room, restroom and kitchenette equipped with a full size refrigerator and microwave. Suites hold three to five students. Each bedroom includes a twin XL bed, closet, desk, bookshelves, chair and an additional set of three large drawers.
