MVSC Student Success Support

MVSC is excited to cultivate healthy and physically active lifestyles to sustain the well-being of individuals and communities through innovative and transformative engagement. For mission fulfillment and vision realization, MVSC student success and professional development is the top priority for MVSC staff, faculty, and alumni. It is through our collective Vandal engagement to be brave and bold, and to provide excellent opportunities and experiences for supporting student professional aspirations.

To help our students on their Brave-Bold-Unstoppable paths for Idaho and the World, MVSC has been gifted a generous donation to support student success. Mr. Stephen Weist, in honor of his father Richard Weist, and Dr. Leon Green and Clem Parberry, has provided excellence funding to support MVSC students’ extra-curricular professional engagements in their unstoppable journey to better realize the Idaho MVSC vision. If you are interested in supporting the continued success of MVSC students, please to the MVSC Student Success Support fund.

Movement Sciences undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply for student success support. See the MVSC Student Success Support Categories below for examples of extra-curricular areas supported through this funding.
